Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 and a flat shipping rate of $4 on all orders less than $25. Please allow for 24 hours to process the order. Most orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive within 2-5 days after the order is processed.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges - If your product is damaged or you would like to exchange it for a different item, we will send you a FREE pre-paid shipping label for your returned item.

Store Credit - If you would like to exchange your product for store credit, we will send you a FREE pre-paid shipping label for your returned item.

Refunds - If you would like to return your item for the original payment method, we will send you a discounted pre-paid shipping label for your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@simplyunwined.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If a refund to your original payment method is requested, then you'll receive it at that time. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
